Hyper Japan Game & Anime Expo July 24, 2011.

Much was expected and much was offered at this year’s Hyper Japan game and anime expo including soon to be released games such as Dragon ball Z ultimate tenkaichi™ and dark souls™ (as seen in the photos on our facebook page). The sight of seeing so many fan boys and girls dressed up as their favourite character from a game or a series of comics or tv animes livened up the atmosphere.  They had a limited selection of games to choose from but that didn’t mean they weren’t worth it as I speak for everyone there when I say that. The selection of games with of included from; Wii: Legend of Zelda sky ward sword™, Kirby adventures™, Xenoblade chronicles™,   DS/3DS:  Resident evil revelations™, Mario kart 3DS™, Super Mario 3DS™, Metal gear solid 3DS™, and star fox 64 3DS™ (all Nintendo information can be found at http://thenintendospot.blogspot.com/) Xbox/PS3: DBZ Ultimate Tenkaichi™, Ace combat: Assult horizon™, Dark souls™, Saint Seiya™ and Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm generations™. All of the games had much to offer, dbz has shown an improvement of graphics and magnificent boss battle gameplay, dark souls offers a different story line that hasn’t been seen like compared to any other game before, ace combat have added a hugely amount of new planes and extreme graphics improvement, saint saiya game play much like devil may cry mixed with dbz fighting styles and naruto a larger amount of characters and new moves available with a charming new story line. Mortal Kombat 9 IGN Review

Mortal Kombat combines the novelty of extreme violence with a great fighting engine. My favorite moments with Mortal Kombat were always playing against a friend (Gamespy’s Ryan Scott is a beast), but I was disgusted by how unbalanced some of the single-player challenges are.
Even still, Mortal Kombat is a great game. It’s not the most polished fighter out there, but it has a distinct flavor and it’ll be a hit at gamer get-togethers. I’ll leave you with some friendly advice: show your friends Noob Saibot’s default Fatality. It’s amazing.

Ubisoft's Call of Juarez: The Cartel is all about threes. Not only is it the third game in the series, it features three main characters: a "gang-affiliated street kid," a "DEA agent with a chronic gambling habit" and a "brutal LAPD detective." Each character is said to have a unique campaign story and ending.
